AonMe is no-longer available for new customers. UPDATE: Multi policy discounts have been removed from May 2025.

Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited (Vero) have recently made changes to their pricing, including the removal of multi policy discounts for home and contents policies. Customers with existing policies impacted by this change will receive relevant communications directly about this change.

When the unforeseen happens, our team is here to help when you need it most. If you need to submit a claim, please call our team in the first instance on 0800 426 664 during business hours 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We will provide instruction and other relevant information to support your claim submission with your Insurer.

Important Information:
Please take note of the relevant Master Policy Number below when submitting your claim online. You will be asked to enter it when completing the online claim form in the ‘Policy Number’ field under the customer details section.
