We are proud to be a Premier Partner of Sustainable Coastlines, together we are helping to preserve New Zealand’s coastlines by gathering relevant insights to help reduce plastic pollution.
Sustainable Coastlines has set a bold vision: 60% less litter on Aotearoa’s coastlines by 2030.
By collaborating with individuals, communities, organisations and government agencies, they help to inspire change and create a world without coastal litter through coastal clean-up events, educational programs, public awareness campaigns, and litter data collection.
From June 2024 to July 2025, statistics from Sustainable Coastlines tell a powerful story.
Every beach clean, Litter Intelligence survey and volunteered hour demonstrates how data-driven action and informed decisions are helping to reduce plastic pollution.

The power of data, insights and analytics to inform decisions.
The Sustainable Coastlines Litter Intelligence program is Aotearoa’s first national litter database. It showcases the power of insights and analytics for high-level decision making by collecting data on a large scale to connect individuals and communities to the problem at hand.
And, we’re thrilled to be making our own nationwide impact as a firm with a series of beach cleans across the country that our colleagues are proud to be part of.
Building partnerships within partnerships.
We have helped unite Sustainable Coastlines with the Spirit of Adventure Trust to create a powerful collaboration that combines Sustainable Coastlines’ expertise in environmental education with the Spirit’s transformative youth development voyages, equipping the next generation with the knowledge and practical tools they need to make informed decisions that help preserve New Zealand’s coastlines. This partnership inspires young people to become stewards of Aotearoa’s beaches and waterways, so they can drive positive change in their communities to reduce plastic waste for generations to come.
