Aon New Zealand office footprint
To continue meeting the needs of our clients across Aotearoa, Aon New Zealand is bringing together several smaller offices into larger regional locations. This transition will take place throughout 2026. Once complete, Aon New Zealand will operate 30 offices nationwide, from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island. This approach reflects how clients want to work with us today and supports our people to collaborate more closely in modern, fit for purpose workplaces.

What this means for clients and communities
Aon remains committed to supporting clients across New Zealand. These changes maintain our strong regional presence and ensure we continue to deliver high quality, locally informed advice and service nationwide.
