The salaries for our Launch graduates and cadets are competitive and in line with the market rates. All graduates and cadets will also be eligible to Aon’s benefit offerings as permanent Aon employees.
The successful candidates for the Launch Graduate Program will start in February 2020. The program starts with 4 rotations of 6 months each over 2 years. Those who successfully complete the program will move into permanent roles (subject to terms and conditions).
The successful Cadets on our Launch programme will also start in February 2020 and move through 3 rotations over 12 months. Each cadet will potentially move into a permanent role at the completion of the programme (subject to terms and conditions).
Aon recruits for entry level roles across Australia and New Zealand regularly, and these can be great opportunities to start working in the industry. As these roles are not part of our formal graduate program, the training and development opportunities will vary to those on our Graduate program. However, Aon prides itself on being a company that supports the growth and development of employees at all levels and in all different sectors. Further details about these roles can be found on our careers page.
If you have any questions about the Aon Launch Graduate and Cadet Program or the recruitment process, please feel free to contact us at nz.careers@aon.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
