Remuneration - our approach to remuneration is about recognising and rewarding your performance. Your fixed pay recognises your capability and performance in your role and is reviewed annually.
Discretionary Annual Incentive – all eligible employees are invited to participate in our discretionary annual incentive plan.

In addition to New Zealand’s standard leave entitlements, Aon offers:
Sick Leave - we provide all employees with an additional 5 days (a total of 10 days) sick leave per annum
Reward Leave – there is an opportunity for an additional 2 days of 'reward leave' for effectively managing annual leave

- Personal Insurance Discounts – Aon permanent employees receive discounted rates for domestic insurance. No brokerage is charged on policies for employees and your immediate family (residing in the same household as the employee), and for immediate family members (not living in the same household as you) a 25% reduction in the brokerage may be offered. There are also other varying discounts on premiums, which your local domestic broker will discuss with you.
- ChildCare - if you are considering childcare for your children, Aon employees are offered a 15% discount off your weekly fee with Kindercare learning centres. Kindercare has early childhood centres in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton and Palmerston North.

Flexible Working

Early weekends – we believe that downtime is important; time away from work for family, friends and activities. To assist our colleagues with this, we finish at 4pm on Fridays so our people can beat the traffic and start their weekends a little early.
