Trust, openness, integrity, commitment, teamwork, innovation.

These are Aon’s core values. We believe that if we are to prosper we need an environment where our people trust the competency of one another and are open and willing to share new ideas freely. We value having a genuine presence in our communities and providing support and protection. By protecting New Zealanders at work and at home, we can help ensure they continue to thrive.

Career Break - all permanent employees can apply for an unpaid career break of up to 12 months, so you can travel or study whilst maintaining job security.
