NZ Rowing
On the back of the successful 2010 World Rowing Championships held at Lake Karapiro, Aon has confirmed that it will continue its longstanding sponsorship of NZ Rowing.

Aon is proud to sponsor the largest school sports event in the country - the New Zealand Secondary Schools Rowing Championships and the "Aon Maadi Cup". This event alternates each year between Lake Karapiro and Lake Ruataniwha and is attended by 100 schools and almost 2,000 young rowers.

Aon also sponsors the Aon New Zealand University Rowing Championships.

Aon Racing
Aon is the principal sponsor of Aon Racing's 2011 campaign. This match racing team competes in a number of sailing events in the match racing calendar including regattas in Korea, Sweden, Poland, Russia, France and Italy. The World Match Racing Tour is the professional sailing series with championship events across the globe, sanctioned by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) with 'special event' status. The very nature of the Tour qualifying events ensures the toughest competitive environment to gain entry into the global championship events on the Tour.

Manchester United
Starting June 1st 2010, Aon became the principal shirt sponsor of Manchester United. This is a four-year global partnership and brand sponsorship agreement which, in addition to having Aon’s brand on the Manchester United shirt, will present opportunities for joint product marketing and services to clients. The Aon logo will appear on the shirts from the 2010/11 season.
